"Felt safe using it both times"
I’ve used ridehitch twice now, both rides went really smoothly. The drivers were verified, showed up on time, and the app made it easy to see the trip details clearly. I felt safe the whole time, and there weren’t any weird surprises. Definitely a service I’d use again.

I’ve used ridehitch.com twice now, and I’m kind of on the fence. The first ride showed up right on time, but the second one was about 20 minutes late, which was frustrating. Maybe I’m being too picky, but if I book a ride, I feel like expecting it to be close to the scheduled time is fair, right? The driver was friendly and I did get where I needed to go without any issues, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall. I just wouldn’t fully count on it if I had to be somewhere at an exact time.

"Pretty easy trip overall"
I booked through ridehitch.com kind of last minute and wasn’t really expecting much since shared rides can be hit or miss. The pickup was simple, the driver wasn’t overly chatty, and the whole thing just felt low-stress. After I settled in, I realized the car was actually really clean inside, no weird smells or anything, and the seats were more comfortable than I figured they’d be. The ride stayed smooth the whole way too, which I appreciated. Overall, better than expected and I’d use it again

"Started off okay, then the price ruined it"
I tried ridehitch.com once at first I was like, okay, this seems decent. The ride itself was fine, nothing terrible. But then checkout happened and suddenly I was annoyed. The price looked reasonable in the beginning, then the fees got added and it felt way too high for what I actually got. For that kind of money, I expected better timing or at least a more comfortable ride. Unless they make it cheaper, I probably wouldn’t use it again

"Super smooth ride"
I used Ride Hitch last week and had a really good experience. My driver showed up right on time, helped me with my bag, and drove safely the whole way, which made the trip feel easy from the start.
He was friendly without chatting too much, and the car was clean and comfortable. it was a stress-free ride, so I’d definitely recommend giving them a try

"My simple support request was basically ignored"
The ride itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But I reached out to support with a basic request, and it took way too long to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like they didn’t really read what I wrote and barely helped at all. Frustrating for something that should’ve been easy to sort out
